We're on the lookout for an Office Assistant to join our awesome team.
We are a Resource Referral Agency located in Reseda. Our mission is to support low-income, disabled, and elderly individuals across Southern California, from San Diego to Bakersfield.
If you're organized, love staying on top of things, and enjoy helping things run smoothly, we’d love to chat!
What You’ll Do:
Keep schedules and meetings in check
Handle emails, phone calls, and general communication
Help with reports, documents, and presentations
Stay on top of office files and keep things running efficiently
Provide support to the team whenever needed
What We’re Looking For:
Must be Bi-lingual
Energetic
Reliable
Self Starter
Attention to detail
Efficient
Great communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to juggle tasks and stay on track
Positive, can-do attitude!
F-T Position Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
Starting pay $20/hr
