We are a growing company looking to fill the following position:
Structural Steel Shop Manager
Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
• Have a team player mentality
• Possess a clean driving record
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fabrication facility setting
• Experience with fabrication procedures and quality control methods
• Ability to shift on project schedules
• Knowledge in loading and unloading and rigging
• Understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards for a fabrication facility setting
• Knowledge in welding callouts, sizing and procedures is required
• Experience in inventory management is required
• Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
• Experience with running 10-15 employees
• Experience with Strumis preferred
• BlueBeam experience preferred
• AutoCad experience preferred
• Overtime as required by workload
• First one in, last one out mentality
• OSHA 30 required
