A Portland-based company seeks support for producing custom merchandise.
Part-Time/Contract (1099) work- may eventually transfer to W2 position for the right individual
15-20 hours/week
Pay dependant on experience
Work to take place in the hours of M-F, 8-5
This position will primarily be focused on producing products, mostly hats and garments.
Production process includes:
* Prepare and set up heat press
* Load designs onto products
* Operate heat press machine
* Inspect finished products for quality
* Perform routine maintenance on the machine
* Package completed products
Position may also include operating a laser engraving machine, but is not required. Additional shop-hand duties may be assigned occasionally.
Physical demands include- standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive movement while using heat-press, and lifting boxes of up to 40 lbs.
