Position Summary Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of its task order providing Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and cybersecurity support services to the Department of the Navy (DON). Contingent upon award, this role requires deep expertise in Specialty Area 74 (Security Program Management), extensive knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tool, and exceptional leadership capabilities to manage technical teams and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and manage day-to-day program operations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of A&A and security engineering projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and timelines.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable cybersecurity frameworks, including DoD, NIST, and other federal guidelines.
- Provide strategic guidance to technical teams in Specialty Area 74 to achieve mission objectives effectively.
- Utilize eMASS to support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of system compliance.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to senior government and corporate leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment to achieve program excellence.
Required Qualifications - Active Secret clearance (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience at the Master level in Specialty Area 74 (Security Program Management).
- Proven expertise in utilizing and managing processes within eMASS.
- Graduate degree from an accredited university.
- CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CASP, CCISO, or PgMP required.
- One or more of the following certifications or credentials: CNSSI 4012, 4013, 4014, 4015, or 4016 Certificate; National Defense University (NDU) CIO certificate with AQD GA8; and successful completion of military training course NEC 2779 (CIN: A-[redacted]) or DoD Service equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of DoD RMF, cybersecurity policies, and practices.
- Experience managing Navy or DoD cybersecurity programs strongly desired.
- Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
