Job Summary:We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong sales background (80%) and operational expertise (20%) to manage our sales team, develop strategic directions, oversee and enhance production goals, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Sales (80%):
- Lead sales department to exceed performance goals
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer needs into high-quality products
- Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization
Operations (20%):
- Oversee plant operations, production, quality, and safety
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence

RequirementsQualifications/Requirements:- 10+ years of combined leadership in sales and manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Lean manufacturing and sales/marketing strategy expertise
- ERP & CRM software proficiency
- Willingness to travel monthly and attend 2 trade shows/year
