About the Role

Base Compensation: $20-25/hour starting rate
- Performance review after 45-day probationary period with raise potential

Core Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms (blog posts, videos, social media)
- Manage app store presence and optimization (iOS & Google Play)
- Conduct outreach campaigns to electrical contractors
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and growth strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to create engaging visual content
- Project management and organizational skills
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools (Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Knowledge of app marketing or SaaS products
- Familiarity with electrical industry (major plus)
- Experience with video editing and production
- Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Background in B2B marketing or sales
- Experience with marketing automation tools
