Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. You will perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, plant care, and irrigation repairs. Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic landscape maintenance including mowing, blowing, trimming, and plant care.
• Assist with irrigation repairs and adjustments.
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Provide excellent service to clients and report any concerns.
Requirements:
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Experience with irrigation repairs a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Weekend availability required.
Preferred:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
