Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staging Installer to join our dynamic home staging team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming homes for sale by hanging art, assembling and arranging furniture, and ensuring staging setups are executed efficiently and professionally. This position requires physical stamina, a team-oriented mindset, and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the staging of homes, including hanging art, arranging furniture, and creating visually appealing setups.
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed for staging projects.
• Load, unload, and transport staging items using a box truck.
• Help with heavy lifting (up to 75lbs) and ensure all items are handled with care.
• Collaborate with team members to solve on-site challenges and ensure a smooth staging process.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism while working in clients’ homes.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of staging items to and from project locations.
Requirements:
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a box truck.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
