The anticipated salary range for this role is between $119,000.00 and $160,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. JOB SUMMARY:SMBC MANUBANK Marketing is seeking a dynamic, seasoned marketing professional with experience supporting strategic, creative, and highly effective multi-media B2B and B2C strategies. You are skilled in people leadership, communication, product, and brand marketing, digital and in-person channels, and data analytics. You will be responsible for interfacing with business leaders to help create marketing plans to help support the bank and its business objectives. Your marketing plans will identify target audiences, identify marketing channels and winning tactics. You will also be responsible for guiding the execution of the plan to meet or exceed KPIs for brand awareness, client acquisition/retention, and business development. This role reports to the Head of Marketing
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support and oversee overall marketing including merchandising, advertising, events, digital and traditional collateral.
- Help develop integrated marketing plans that set clear objectives, identify target segments, define market positioning and marketing programs, and support awareness and engagement.
- Responsible for sharing and reporting on performance metrics for initiatives/campaigns and monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure overall success.
- Gather, analyze, and apply relevant customer insights and data to help inform and define effective and innovative marketing strategies that drive business results that meet or exceed business goals.
- Work closely with Director, Marketing Operations and Marketing Compliance officer to ensure all marketing follow policies and procedures and is compliant.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: - 7+ years in integrated marketing roles, product marketing, brand marketing, segmentation marketing, communication, B2B and B2C Marketing, and digital marketing.
- Experience and comfortable working within MarTech platforms such as DAMs, Marketing Automation, and Project Management.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk through adherence to regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
