As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Associate to join our team and take our clients' social media presence to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on their unique goals and target audiences.
Create and curate compelling content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring it resonates with each client’s voice and brand.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
Manage the community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
Oversee and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for maximum ROI and engagement.
Help scale social media operations as our client base grows, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all channels.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Associate, Community Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive messages.
A keen eye for visual content with some familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video editing.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics to drive strategy and improve performance.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
A creative, proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new challenges.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience running paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Experience in brand storytelling and content marketing
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to social media
Graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Previous experience working with startups or small businesses is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
Comfortable with ambiguity
