Job Description
Hana Ramen is a Japanese restaurant and we are looking for dependable, motivated, and hard-working staff to join our team full-time and part-time. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
We are hiring for all positions.
- BOH (line cook and lead line cook)
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable performing double duty such as prepping, cooking, cleaning, and restocking
• Be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-plus hours
• Must speak English well. Other languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus for a line cook
• Must have a Health card
Rate: can be discussed based on experience $15-$18/hour + Tips
- FOH (server)
Requirements:
• Be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-plus hours
• Must have a High School diploma or GED
• Friendly and Good customer service
• Must speak English well. Another language is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a TAM & Health cards.
Salary: $12 + tips
Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work different shifts, including HOLIDAYS, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
