**Now Hiring: AM/PM Sauté & Grill Cooks**
**Location:** Fresco Cocina, 2858 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad, CA
We are seeking skilled individuals for sauté and grill positions. Applicants must have experience with high-volume cooking and a commitment to maintaining the freshness and quality of all food products. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the line efficiently.
- Assisting with prep work and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Learning and applying new techniques and styles.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid California Food Handler Card or ServSafe Certification (required by state law).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, including proper handling and storage.
- Compliance with workplace safety standards (OSHA regulations).
**Compensation:** $22/hour + tips based on sales.
