We’re just big kids at heart — We like to work hard and play harder!
We might be a bit biased, but My Gym is a fun, positive, happy environment. Brush your hair, pull on some leggings & socks, pick up your iced white chocolate mocha, and WORK IT!
When we say #ily, we mean it — fun meetings, snacks, room for growth, and tips are all part of the package. Plus, a flexible work schedule, cake on the weekends, and a chill work family who cares about you.
If you’re anything like us, you’re:
• Someone who has fun energy, a playful personality, loves kids, and your favorite past-time is browsing Target.
• A warm friend. A team player who follows through and always gives .
• Reliable and communicative. Our kids & families will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.
Your skillset:
• A genuine love for #tinyhumans — from babies to upper elementary ages
• Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends
• Commitment to learn the curriculum and take direction well/easily
• Stage presence — If the idea of leading classes sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you. Don’t worry, we won’t be offended.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• A background in dance, sports, theatre, child development, or fitness is a huuuge plus!
