Livsmart Home Services is seeking energetic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a unique opportunity in the home services sector.
Responsibilities:
Canvassing:
Visit pre-sold homes to engage with homeowners.
Data Collection:
Fill out orders accurately with clear, concise handwriting.
Take detailed photographs of existing mechanical rooms and equipment.
Collect all necessary documents pertaining to the application process.
Customer Interaction:
Answer general and basic questions from homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide clear information and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Punctuality: Must be reliable and on time for scheduled appointments.
Communication Skills: Well-spoken, with a friendly demeanor; excellent interpersonal skills.
Presentation: Presentable appearance; professional in conduct.
Physical Ability: Must be capable of walking for long periods as the job involves moving from house to house.
Attention to Detail: Ability to document information accurately, with clear and legible handwriting.
Bilingual: Ability to speak Spanish
Compensation:
This is a tiered commission-based role. The more applications you successfully complete, the higher your earnings.
Earning Potential: Up to $1500+ per week based on performance.
