We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position as soon as possible to become part of
our hard-working team. We’re seeking a positive, personable and motivated team member to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant on our construction team. We are looking for someone who will continue to grow with our company while bringing their own personality and experience to the table.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Professional and personable in-person communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a positive attitude
- Possess daily, reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through all methods
- Proficient in computer technology especially Google Suite applications
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in marketing efforts by preparing social media posts and campaigns
- Meet in-person with City Building and Safety regularly regarding permits
- Visit construction sites regularly to take photos and
- Run errands as requested
- Assist with billing, filing and general paperwork
This position will be in the office and offers $22-$25/hr to start, at 40hrs per week. Also includes:
