Full-Time Administrative Assistant Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication and customer service skills. As an integral part of our business, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate customer appointments, confirming details and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Cash Register Management: Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register.
Office Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, following security protocols.
Billing and Data Entry: Process bills, invoices, and payments with precision, maintaining accurate records.
Payment Processing: Submit invoices to agencies, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Office Maintenance: Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming for customers and staff.
Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies and ensure timely reordering to maintain operations.
Marketing Support: Assist with website and social media updates, contributing ideas and helping implement marketing projects.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Valid Driver’s License
*Previous administrative experience (preferably in automotive or customer service)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry systems
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
*Attention to detail, particularly in financial transactions
*Compensation and Benefits:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience
