Ramone's Bakery and Café is looking for an experienced Chef to join us at our Bistro Cafe team on Harrison Avenue in Eureka.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner from a fast paced small kitchen and it is essential that applicant is organized and works efficiently without compromising quality, cleanliness and safety.
JOB -
The position is 3-4 days per week (being available weekends is a plus)
Collaborating with Head Chef on specials and new menu items.
Ability to execute new recipes or cooking techniques when needed.
Keeping track of products needing to be used, prepped and or ordered, frequent communication with Chef.
Everything is made in-house from scratch.
Teamwork is essential, we share duties often, prep, cleaning, dishes etc.
Cooks get a share of daily tips too.
APPLICANT -
Professional cooking experience is a MUST (min. 2 years)
Appealing meal presentation
Must have flexible hours and be prepared to cover shifts for team members
Be a team player and come to work with a positive attitude
Have reliable transportation
Food handlers card is required
