We’re based in Arcata and want to tap into the energy, creativity, and skills of our university community. This is your chance to gain real-world experience in the outdoor industry while having fun and building your resume.
What We’re Looking For:
We need help in three key areas:
Marketing: Assist with creating compelling campaigns, building our brand voice, and crafting content that resonates with outdoor enthusiasts.
Sales: Support efforts to grow our reach, manage inquiries, and build relationships with customers who love adventure as much as we do.
Social Media: Run our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels, create engaging content, and help grow our online community of campfire chefs.

Skills We’d Love to See:
- Passion for outdoor activities and/or camp cooking (or a willingness to learn!).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media savviness (especially with Instagram and TikTok).
- Creative thinking and a “can-do” attitude.
- Bonus points if you have experience with photography, video editing, or digital marketing tools.
- Compensation: Payment is based on experience. Let us know your skills, and we’ll work together to find a rate that’s fair for both of us.
