Our client, an emerging wellness company, is seeking a Social Media & Brand Manager in Venice, CA. The hours are 9am-5pm with Mondays in the office and Tuesday-Friday remote. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early with an exciting new business.

Responsibilities:

Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, and analyze social media metrics to improve customer engagement
Maintain the brand's voice and visual identity with the marketing team across all digital platforms
Lead photoshoots and provide creative direction, oversee asset delivery, and ensure timely distribution of content
Work with the design, product, and marketing teams to create visually compelling content
Develop strategies to engage online communities
Respond to customer inquiries and monitor social media conversations

Qualifications:

5+ years of social media management or brand management experience
Proven execution of successful social media strategies
Proficient in social media management and analytical tools
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience with SMS and email marketing
Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

Up to $95k base depending on experience
