Our client, an emerging wellness company, is seeking a Social Media & Brand Manager in Venice, CA. The hours are 9am-5pm with Mondays in the office and Tuesday-Friday remote. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early with an exciting new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies, create content calendars, and analyze social media metrics to improve customer engagement
- Maintain the brand's voice and visual identity with the marketing team across all digital platforms
- Lead photoshoots and provide creative direction, oversee asset delivery, and ensure timely distribution of content
- Work with the design, product, and marketing teams to create visually compelling content
- Develop strategies to engage online communities
- Respond to customer inquiries and monitor social media conversations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of social media management or brand management experience
- Proven execution of successful social media strategies
- Proficient in social media management and analytical tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with SMS and email marketing
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $95k base depending on experience
