North County based water damage restoration company is seeking a technician with experience in water, mold & fire damage remediation to add to our growing team. Start is immediate. Great customer service is what we bring. We’re looking for an energetic, team oriented, professional candidate to grow with our company.
We are based in Carlsbad and jobs are all throughout San Diego County from South County to East County to North County. Use of personal vehicle is required, until assigned a company van, the ideal candidate has a truck or van. We pay for mileage & gas at standard rates.
Duties
Provide excellent customer service
Take moisture readings, assess water damage / identify mold issues
Use of equipment-Moisture meters, extractors, hygrometers, air scrubbers, dehus etc
Drywall & construction material demolition
Build containments
Emergency water damage services after hours & weekends
Pack out contents, documentation, pack back
Maintain dry logs
Maintain company equipment & inventory
Maintain company vehicles
Debris removal & hauling
Requirements
1-2 years experience in the restoration business
Must have a vehicle. Work truck or van is preferable-Use of personal vehicle a must until the individual is assigned a company van.
Lift up to 50 lbs
California driver’s license
IICRC certification is a plus
Construction knowledge a plus
A positive attitude & customer service oriented
