Job Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering.
Create and maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation.
Promote Lean Principles during the design and planning phases.
Develop preventive and corrective actions for recurring manufacturing issues.
Support new product development and introduction.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and assembly.
Ability to read technical blueprints and manuals.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
Job Details:
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
