DGM Systems is a Vancouver based company looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to work in our Vancouver office. A strong candidate is confident, wanting to be responsible for a variety of job duties, enjoys working in a team and also independently and is a good communicator with coworkers and customers. Job functions include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, project bid and contract support, i.e. preparing documents, COI, Lien Waivers, etc., purchasing, timecard support and customer support. Employee must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
