Job Description
Position: Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Operator (Corporate Facilities) Advanced Level (P3) to Journey Level (P4)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift and Schedule: Dayshift 6:00am - 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday with 30 minute lunch break.

Position Overview: As a member of the Corporate Facilities Department at Gantri, the Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Associate will play a crucial role in inventory management, stocking of materials on site and people and material transport between Gantri Manufacturing buildings utilizing the Gantri, Inc Truck/Van. You will be required to go to DMV and successfully acquire a Commercial Driver License rating/passenger allotment to transport 14+ people in the Corporate van.
This position combines traditional logistics and material control inventory functions and includes the following responsibilities:
Secure warehouse areas and manage inventory parts and movement.
Stock, kit, and issue inventory parts to the manufacturing cleanroom.
Receive and record incoming inventory shipments in the MRP system.
Prepare domestic and international shipments, including handling logistical arrangements and completing necessary paperwork.
Possessing a working knowledge of basic manufacturing tasks is a significant advantage.
Detailed Job duties and Responsibilities:
Package, ship, and receive precision equipment inventory and electrical/mechanical components.
Uncrate incoming shipments from customers or vendors.
Arrange freight for outgoing shipments according to customer routing guides or PO instructions.
Prepare documentation, including but not limited to pick lists, packing lists, bills of lading, and incoming receiving reports (IRR).
Generate incoming inspection reports for visible shipping damage and record shipment discrepancies as needed.
Receive and count stock items, recording data in the MRP system.
Organize and store items logically and accurately in the warehouse.
Maintain a perpetually accurate stockroom, warehouse, and inventory MRP system records.
Requisition and store shipping materials, manufacturing operating supplies and warehouse supplies.
Conduct physical inventory counts.
Interface daily with Production, Engineering, and Customer Experience personnel to ensure effective collaboration.
Facility maintenance/ upkeep of large company machines. (Training will be provided.)
Upkeep/maintenance of pallet racks and facility infrastructure.
Tasks assigned as needed.
Required Job Skills and Attributes:
2-4 years of experience in handling logistic shipments within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to operate a forklift. (Current License is Required).
Ability to use a MRP system.
Team player, flexible, self-motivated.
English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using shipping carrier websites such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and MRP/Inventory software programs.

Personal Protective Equipment (Environmental Health & Safety):
You will be required to wear OSHA certified protective footwear at all times.
You will be required to wear eye protection when needed.
You will be required to wear Tyvek coveralls over your clothes when needed.

Job Pay Level
P2 - Standard Level $22 / Hr with Forklift license.
P3 - Advanced Level $27 / Hr with 2+ years experience with material handling and inventory counting.
P4 - Journey Level $32 / Hr with 4+ years of experience with advanced inventory experience including spreadsheet use and MRP systems use. Also has demonstrable leadership skills.
