We are on a mission to scale our revenue operations and enhance our revenue platforms to deliver exceptional value to our customers. As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on, and technically adept manager to oversee our Revenue Platform Team. We are looking for a manager to lead our team of individual contributors while owning, optimizing, and advancing our core revenue systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in has a deep technical understanding of sales systems, and is passionate about developing a high-performing team as you work alongside your reports to achieve our quarterly initiatives. You will help up scale in systems like Salesforce, Zuora, and several other integrations as you lead our systems to evolve with our growing business. As the team manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of a team that supports and optimizes critical platforms for the revenue organization and other related functions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take projects head on, manage the flow of work, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor your team to become a high-impact powerhouse within Revenue Operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. Your success in this role will drive operational efficiency, improve platform performance, and contribute to scaling our revenue growth.
To help our teams work together effectively, this remote position requires you to be located in the United States PST/MST timezone.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Manage the flow of work for the team, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Regularly assess team skills and performance, identify gaps, and provide training or development opportunities.
- Own and oversee the management, integration, and optimization of key revenue systems, including Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring all systems are aligned with company goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for platform enhancements and system integrations to support the scaling of revenue operations.
- Ensure all systems are aligned with company goals, providing the highest value to sales, finance, and other key departments.
- Lead the execution of key initiatives, such as system migrations, integrations, platform upgrades, and feature deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines for technical projects.
- Establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, data management, and workflow automation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems, collaborating with data governance teams as needed.
- Collaborate with our data team and growth engineers to ensure that our platforms are architected to build the best experience across our customer journey
- Create and maintain documentation - both technical and user-friendly
- Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth transitions during system updates or new feature rollouts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries and issues within Revenue Operations.
Your background:
- Career Experience: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.) and other key revenue systems. Understanding of system architecture and ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale integrations, system migrations, and technical projects.
- People Management: Experience leading, mentoring, and developing small teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborators. Highly skilled in adapting to your audience
- Process-Oriented: Experience with process optimization and establishing best practices in system usage and data management.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, managing competing priorities.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with modern SaaS stack integrations, automation tools, and data governance practices.

The compensation for this role is:
Level 4
Maturing: $135,000 USD + stock options
Performing: $150,000 USD + stock options
