Your Responsibilities:
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
• Accurately gather and analyze client information to determine the best solutions.
• Submit insurance applications and communicate effectively with carriers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and job-specific knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and life insurance regulations.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have US Work Authorization.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain an Insurance Agent License in the next 90 days.
• Proven experience as a Life Insurance Agent (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of life insurance products and plans.
• Proficiency with technology (e.g., e-Apps, Google Suite, CRM systems).
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Access to your own computer, phone, and internet for remote work.
• Willingness to complete onboarding training (approx. 8 hours).
