What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors and handle phone calls/emails with professionalism.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like invoices and expense tracking.
Manage administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
Support the team with day-to-day office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in reception, admin, or bookkeeping roles is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks familiarity is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
