We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Team Members. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting our specialty drinks, packaging freshly baked goods, educating customers about our menu, and offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Most importantly, you’ll provide exceptional and friendly service, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities / Expectations:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and attention to details
• High Integrity, Must be punctual and maintain a regular and consistent attendance
• Be well-versed in the baked good & drink items at the store
• Prepare drinks according to recipes in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
• Able to process orders accurately and efficiently using Point of Sales (POS) system
• Always maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Be proactive by making sure that drinks are made correctly & customers are being served with the best quality
• Tracking the inventory levels of coffee, syrups, cream, tea powder, cups, straws, proactively refill the needed supplies and communicate to management when supplies need to be re-purchased
• Monitor all brewing and related equipments (including but not limited to Espresso Machine, Grinders, Brewers, Ice Maker) are operating properly and report to management for any repair/maintenance needs
• Receive vendor orders and verify correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift. You may be scheduled for opening or closing shifts, depending on the needs of the team
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up workspace, taking out trash, cleaning the bathroom and replenishing supplies
• Be able to facilitate the training and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• At least 1 year of experience in the specialty coffee industry is required
• Food Handlers Certified
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
•Knowledge of Latte Art & Basic Coffee Skill (extraction, texturing, pouring) is required.
• Knowledge of coffee types, blends, beans and roasts, and other beverages
• A passion for coffee and other beverages.
• Great customer service and work attitude

• Basic math and computer skills
• Eligible to work in the United States and is at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/ hour + Tips
