We’re searching for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individual to support multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines. This role includes creating LinkedIn and Google ads, maintaining our WordPress site, supporting event organization, and delivering high-quality work with quick turnarounds. If you have a strong design sense, a knack for writing clever, professional ad copy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll design ads, presentation materials, and assist in promoting CloudConnect Consulting’s events while ensuring all projects are completed on time and to a high standard. To ensure you’re the right fit, we ask all applicants to create sample ads specifically for CloudConnect Consulting after reviewing our website and LinkedIn page.
Responsibilities:
Design professional, witty, and eye-catching ads using Canva.
Source images on Canva and other platforms that reflect our NetSuite-focused business and brand identity.
Write engaging ad copy using AI tools, aligning with our voice and messaging.
Create CloudConnect-styled presentation decks on products, pricing, and other materials using PowerPoint.
Use Excel to organize and analyze data for presentation purposes.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, including creating event materials and coordinating outreach.
Manage and update our WordPress website, including content, design elements, and plugins.
Deliver tasks efficiently to meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
Ensure all designs adhere to CloudConnect Consulting’s style and objectives.
Collaborate with the team to refine and perfect ad concepts, presentations, and event promotions.
Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to enhance designs as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
Strong working knowledge of WordPress, including content updates, design changes, and plugin management.
Excellent writing skills, capable of producing professional and clever ad copy.
Familiarity with AI tools for generating or refining copy.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.
Strong design skills with an understanding of CloudConnect’s business needs and style.
Experience with event promotion and organizational tasks.
Access to design tools and image libraries for creating high-quality materials.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:
Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a program related to design, marketing, or communications.
Experience creating LinkedIn or Google ads.
