Creative Drinks is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for coffee and technical skills to join our team in the Bay Area.

Potential compensation: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly with Overtime
• Hourly pay with high potential for overtime
• Company Van Provided
• Remote Position with daily travel within an assigned geographic area (must live within 30 miles of service area)
• On-call opportunities for emergency repair services one weekend per month
• Training provided
What You Will Be Doing:
• Installation, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, brewers, grinders, blenders, and other service-related equipment.
• Provide Emergency/Unscheduled Repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during service times.
• Maintain Performance and Maintenance Records for identified equipment.
• Report Defective Materials or Conditions to the department supervisor.
• Assist store personnel with Technical Troubleshooting and train other maintenance staff as needed.
• Keep the work area and equipment in a Clean and Orderly Condition following safety regulations.
• Read and Interpret Equipment Manuals and Work Orders to perform required maintenance and service tasks.
• Use a variety of Hand and Power Tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to complete your duties.
Preferred Experience:
What You Must Have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical Inclination and a solid work ethic.
• Machine Electrical Knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Related experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Clean Driving Record is required.
• Demonstrated good work habits, including promptness and good attendance.
• Ability to work Under and Above Counters and service cases.
• Ability to Lift up to 70lbs.
• Legally Authorized to Work in the US.
• A great attitude and the ability to work independently.
