Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor kitchen team members π½οΈ
- Ensure meal segment efficiency and production π
- Responsible for food purchasing and budgets π΄
- Ensure consistency and portioning of all food products π§
- Monitor upkeep, repair, and maintenance of kitchen equipment π§
- Must be 18 years of age or older π
Required Skills:
- Experience in salad, fry, grill, and expo stations π₯
- Ability to oversee daily prep lists π
- Display high-functioning organizational skills π
- Ability to order according to budget/pars and ensure delivery receipt from vendors π
- Proactive, punctual, and excellent communication skills π£οΈ
- Positive attitude and ready for a challenge β¨
Essential Functions:
- Run multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo π₯
- Ensure adherence to build guides for every item on the menu π
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen π§Ό
- Be a team player and demonstrate efficient communication skills π¬

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications π
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently βοΈ
- Clean and maintain stations by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures π§½
Working Conditions:
- Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time πΆββοΈ
- Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly π€ΈββοΈ
- Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching π€ΈββοΈ
- Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling β
- Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder πͺ
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs ποΈββοΈ
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals π§΄
- Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions π‘οΈ
Schedule:
Full-time, 40-45 hrs/week (including weekends) ποΈ
