What We Would Like You to Do
Seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our success-driven company. The primary role of our Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to answer a high volume of incoming warranty, sales, and service support calls from automotive dealerships and independent service centers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Communicate with our customers via email and inbound calls
Identify opportunities to build and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clientele
Assist customers with questions regarding shipping, billing, and delivery
Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve issues/concerns and build customer-focused solutions
Ensure product deliveries and returns are completed in a timely manner
What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma or GED
The drive to gain more knowledge in the automotive industry
Previous call center and customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must submit resume showing Customer Service call center experience.
Must pass writing and grammar test.
