Tillmann Law is a personal injury law firm in downtown Portland seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Primary duties include:
• Managing incoming calls;
• Potential client intake screening;
• Creating and maintaining client files;
• Assisting with medical record retrieval, review, organization and production;
• Drafting demands and legal pleadings;
• Scheduling and calendaring.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience with personal injury cases (but we will train the right candidate);
• Strong phone and customer service skills;
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and File Vine;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of the liability insurance claims and litigation process a plus;
• Strong Organizational Skills;
• Team player with the ability to follow up on tasks;
• Spanish speaker a plus.
