Job Description:
As the Bilingual Receptionist at My Car Collision Center, you’ll be the first smiling face or friendly voice that our customers encounter. Your role is essential to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, from answering questions and scheduling appointments to assisting with insurance claims and promoting our services. With the opportunity to earn a sales referral percentage, this role is perfect for someone with customer service skills and a knack for sales.
What You’ll Do:
Be the Face of Our Team: Greet customers warmly and assist them in person, over the phone, and via email.
Stay Organized: Schedule vehicle inspections, coordinate appointments, and keep accurate records in our system.
Promote Services: Discuss and recommend our services to customers, earning sales referral bonuses.
Keep Customers Informed: Provide regular updates on repair statuses and address any questions with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Experience Matters: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred; experience in sales is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the auto body or collision repair industry is a bonus, but not required.
Customer Focused: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
Organized and Efficient: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
