Looking for qualified maintenance for 3 apartment buildings in the Hawthorne/ Gardena area. Must have a truck and some tools. Must know plumbing, heating, electrical, drywall, painting, and general labor. This is a full time job Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm and some weekends when there is an emergency.
