POSITION DETAILS
- Job Title: Tiger Team Lead (Supervisor Role)
- Compensation: $30/hr (W2)
- Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 4pm (~24 hours/week)
- Additional weekend cleaning shifts are available if interested.
- Location: Primarily SW 4th Ave. Portland, OR 97201 (move-out cleans for an apartment complex)
- Supplies & Transportation: We provide cleaning supplies (including a vacuum). You must have your own reliable transportation to and from the job site. If you choose to clean with us on the weekends, you will need your own car.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of Professional Cleaning Experience (move-out cleaning experience a plus)
- Leadership Potential/Experience (ability to train, oversee, and mentor a cleaning team)
- Reliable Transportation (must have access to your own car with a valid license)
- Smartphone Access for scheduling and communication
- Excellent Communication Skills – must be able to clearly relay instructions and feedback
- Strong Attention to Detail – we expect top-quality, thorough cleanings
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and Lead a small team of cleaners, ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Move-Out Deep Cleans for apartment units, which require strong attention to detail including:
- Kitchens (appliances, cabinets, counters, you will be expected within reason to move appliances out in order to clean underneath and around them like fridges, washers, dryers, ovens)
- Bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, sinks)
- Living Areas & Bedrooms (dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces)
- Floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Conduct Quality Checks to maintain high standards and address any issues
- Supplies Provided (we provide all cleaning supplies, but you ensure proper usage and upkeep)
