About Us: In 2001 our store was established to meet the growing need of specialty lingerie stores aiding women through the different stages of breast cancer. It has since grown to helping women with all bra needs! Including, but not limited to - hard to fit sizes, sports, nursing, bridal, pre/post op surgery needs & medical grade compression garments.
Job Description: As a customer service and fit specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping people feel good about themselves. You will work closely with learning how to fit bras, along with the possibility to expand into our medical side of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing sales through QuickBooks.
• Answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Cleaning fitting rooms and putting away inventory
• Checking in & receiving new product
• Training and/or updating fitting techniques to store standards
• Learning about current & new products
Requirements:
• Be customer service driven & keep a positive attitude. Retail experience highly appreciated.
• Able to use phones and computer efficiently.
• Open to expanding schedule.
• Able to multi- task on busy days
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion to expand knowledge for growth in the position.
