• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines & applications.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions using modern technologies and best practices, including effective monitoring and alerting.
• Drive innovation in data processes to optimize data flow, reduce latency, and enhance data quality, while also improving application responsiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommending new tools and practices as relevant.
