Position Summary
This is a full-time in-office Associate Property Manager position in the Life Time's property development and asset management departments. This is an entry-level to an experienced role supporting the Company’s current and growing portfolio of properties.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Supports the Company’s Property Managers and Sr. Property Managers and serves as a corporate point of contact for club operations to resolve club-related property issues. Supports NCO processes and works with internal partners (Legal, RE, and Risk).
- Leads and is the main point of contact for corporate office space planning and related space planning projects.
- Project management and coordination with Sr. Director on specific projects.
- Assist Sr. Director in formulating objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures concerning the company's Property Management, Facilities Engineering, and Asset Management compliance programs.
- Administers and interprets all necessary property-related legal documents
Minimum Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience as a multi-site assistant or associate property manager for a tenant user
- Desire or experience in managing properties for a large and diverse lease portfolio
- Some experience in reviewing and analyzing leases, declarations and development agreements
- Desire to develop critical thinking and analytical skills. Including the ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions
Education:
- 2-Year College Degree or 4-Year College Degree
Years of Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Notary Public license
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $70,000.00 and pays up to $97,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
