The Compensation Concierge drives our mission by helping employees understand their compensation. As part of our Employee Answer Bar the Compensation Concierge will be dedicated to helping employees understand and navigate compensation. Responsibilities - Provide expert assistance to employees regarding questions related to their compensation and stock awards
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource at the employee answer bar and over email, offering prompt and accurate responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with HR, stock administration, compensation partners, and payroll teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of compensation-related matters
- Stay updated on company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations to provide informed guidance
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation education programs for employees
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to employees at various levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient issue resolution
- Prior experience in HR, compensation, or related roles is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently

$64,000 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
