Zolon is a prime contractor with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that provides software development, maintenance, and support. This is a 4-year program that provides HHS with application development, business intelligence, enterprise resource planning, and infrastructure optimization. We are looking for a Service Desk Lead to support this program.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
Provide daily supervision and direction to staff responsible for phone and in-person support to users in email, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. This is a hands-on role.
Requirements:
B.S. Computer Science
Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
