Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance initiatives.
- Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Create comprehensive blueprints of Salesforce application designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Maintain user roles and security settings within Salesforce to ensure access control and data protection.
- Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and system integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Assist in training and providing guidance to business users to enhance the Salesforce adoption and usage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong background in designing Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive experience in developing technology solutions and integrating systems effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations.
- Proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-level software and application issues.
- Excellent project management abilities and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Certified Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
