Job Title: Data Analyst, Disaster Case Management Program
FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt,
Department: Disaster Case Management Program
Reports To: Disaster Case Management Supervisor
Summary: The Data Analyst will provide analytical support to the Disaster Case Management program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
● Maintain absolute confidentiality on all client/survivor information;
● Develop and revise internal processes for efficient data entry;
● Troubleshoot computer problems and obtains IT assistance as needed;
● Input DCMP case files into online case management database(s).
● Produce ad-hoc data reports from online case management database(s) as requested;
● Conduct Disaster Case Management Program non-case file data entry as requested by Program Manager.
● Prepare program reports and correspondence.
● Maintain filing system & program files;
● Attend regular sessions with immediate supervisor;
● Attend Agency’s in service trainings and unit meetings, as well as any other agency-related activities;
● Manage other data lists using Microsoft Excel and Google Platforms;
● Complete Statistical Reports;
● Other duties as assigned.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet program deadlines or DCM training needs.

Education and/or experience required:
● High School Diploma or GED.
● At least two years’ office/administrative assistant experience.
Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies required:
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● Substantial computer experience necessary.
● Ability to work as a positive, enthusiastic member of a team.
● Excellent organizational skills, ability to reliably meet all deadlines, and transparent with management about all ongoing cases or issues.
● Ability to use de-escalation techniques and trauma informed care to work with individuals and families that may be experiencing a crisis.
● Knowledge and/or familiarity of harm reduction and motivational interviewing concepts and strategies.
● Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
