Looking for an experienced sous chef/kitchen manager for an established theme restaurant in hollywood. Cuisine is European fusion, meets classic American with a variety of steaks, pasta, seafood and vegan dishes as well. The food program is unique as it is in theme with elaborate platings, wild Instagram worthy dishes that are one of a kind.
Candidates must have experience running a full production hotline and leading a team, working under an award winning executive chef.
Responsibilities will include.
Food ordering and food costing
Staffing and scheduling of personnel
Running service (3-11) minimum four days per week.
Making sure the kitchen is clean and orderly and always up to chefs standards and all codes.
Looking for a leader with potential to advance and grow with a team.
