About JRealty:
JRealty provides property management services to Landlords with residential and commercial properties in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Our stakeholders include Landlords, Tenants, Vendors, and Employees. We have Enterprise level Salesforce access. We use Service Cloud, Service Voice Cloud, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Communities, and more in our Salesforce org. We have Visualforce pages, flows, components, and more. Our departments include Leasing, Billing, and Maintenance.
We just switched over to the service console (from standard) lightning pages. We’re new to Omni-channel and new to Service Voice Cloud. We want help with our community, our Omni Channel, and our Service Cloud feature licenses.

- Certified Administrator
- Certified Platform Developer I
