***WAITER/WAITRESS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

Giuseppe’s Restaurant is looking for hard working, reliable, and motivated people to work in a friendly dining environment with good income. We are seeking a Restaurant Server to become an integral part of our team!

Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests
Explain to guests about menu items
Clean and prepare the dining areas
Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with guests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: The intellectual and physical demands described below are representative of what must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
Ascend or descend stairs
Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently
Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
