The Senior Product Manager translates the product vision and strategy into meaningful actions and roadmaps. This role collaborates with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure enterprise delivery of the product strategy and achievement of business value. The Senior Product manager derives data-driven insights and feedback based on ongoing results, to improve customer experience and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate product vision and strategy into meaningful experiences that align to business goals.
- Ensure enterprise readiness for successful launch of new features or products.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and lead delivery and prioritization of new customer or operational features.
- Develop and maintain robust working knowledge of industry, category, and customer wants & needs, to deepen product relevance.
- Evaluate findings from research, customer and internal feedback, and performance results to identify and recommend product enhancements or process opportunities.
- Facilitate periodic business stakeholder review of product results, health, and opportunities.
- Develop crisp and holistic user stories to achieve desired experiences.
- Mentor other product managers.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree required. MBA, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 7+ years' product management, program management, or similar experience.
- 5+ years Product Management in a Financial or FinTech role. Preference for consumer-facing and web applications.
- Deep understanding of business fundamentals across multiple domains.
- Experience in how to leverage agile processes to maximize business value.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Experience simplifying complex data points into meaningful and actionable insights that drive enterprise action.
- Experience using human-centered design and design thinking processes to drive innovation.
- Natural ability to influence and collaborate with multiple functions throughout the company and maintain trusted partnerships with company leaders.
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics.
- Experience using systematic and structured problem solving to lead teams in resolving issues.
- Ability to prioritize concepts, manage trade-offs, and run meetings with technical and business leaders.
- Demonstrated skills in building and executing a "go-to-market" strategy for product or feature launch.
Location & Business Travel- Our corporate headquarters is in Bellevue, WA, but this position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
- This position requires little to no business travel.
Pay and BenefitsThe typical starting salary range for this position is between $118,574 - $167,251 per year. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base salary up to $200,702 per year, which is the max end of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term and Long-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.

Physical RequirementsSedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone.
