Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a
Virtual Senior Product Manager with up to 50% overnight travel. In this role you will be part of the GOLDesp product and Sustainment portfolio management team, working the future roadmap, revenue growth, and current execution and delivery of the product suite. You will be able to visualize the possibilities for GOLDesp, understand the customer needs and opportunities, and balance resource priorities to deliver value to the market. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our manufacturing and maintenance processes through advanced software and AI/ML applications.
Position Responsibilities:- Oversees the evaluation of business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment.
- Applies industry knowledge and identifies company product capabilities and service offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives.
- Advises on product development to create products and validates early product definitions with customers.
- Oversees the formulation of product strategies and identification new product opportunities.
- Leads the development of project plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight to Tapestry/Boeing locations as needed
- Product Manager or Product Specialist experience
- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and maintenance processes
- Minimum of 5 years in product management or related expertise, with a focus on AI/ML applications and software solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly in AI/ML and data analytics
- Experience with government or military MRO operations
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualification, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary base pay range $140,000 - $160,000
