Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission (Based on experience and performance)
We are a rapidly growing, licensed construction and demolition company seeking a seasoned Sales Representative with a proven track record in construction sales. This is NOT an entry-level position. We’re looking for a closer—someone who understands the industry, speaks the language, and knows how to win business.
Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and close deals with property owners, insurance contacts, or commercial partners.
Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through CRM tools and field visits.
Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their needs and presenting clear, confident solutions.
Attend site visits and consultations when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in construction sales or related industries (e.g., demolition, restoration, remediation, contracting).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Understanding of insurance claims and fire/water damage restoration is a major plus.
