Highland Park Bowl, LA’s oldest bowling alley is looking for friendly and personable Hosts to join our team!
Highland Park Bowl is a long standing, multi functional space providing a unique experience for our guests. With 8 vintage lanes, a restaurant and 4 bars under one roof, Highland Park Bowl has much to offer; billiards bowling, drinking & dining, events, sports viewings, DJ's & burlesque shows. We work hard and have fun while doing it!
Host Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Strong conflict resolution
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours
- Weekend availability required
Host Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering any incoming phone calls, check voicemails/emails and responds promptly, takes and confirms reservations, etc.
- Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Understands they’re an essential part of the guest experience as the first and last impression
- Moves efficiently with strong ability to multitask and communicate with guests under pressure
- Alert to and anticipates guest needs
- Works with teamwork always in mind
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
