About the Role
100% remote, work-from-home insurance job opening for an experienced Private Client GroupPersonal Lines Account Manager. Due to growth, this independent agency based in the Northeast, which has a substantial high net worth personal lines practice in place, needs your help managing an existing portfolio of key accounts in tandem with experienced client service peers and senior leaders.
- Quarterback of the Account– The agency utilizes a third-party firm to help with policy checking and backroom processing. Your focus is ensuring the account runs smoothly, service requests are completed on-time, and issues that arise (claims, billing, changes) are swiftly addressed.
- Marketing Liaison– You’ll shine during the renewal process, talking with clients about exposure changes, new coverage and pricing options, and ensure they are getting the best combination of coverage and cost.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years or more of personal lines insurance industry experience servicing clients in a customer service and/or similar account manager position with quite a bit of exposure to high net worth accounts and specialty insurance carriers.
- Active state insurance license.
Job Specs
Location: 100% remote for qualified applicants in the Eastern Standard or Central Standard time zones. The agency requires you to work EST hours. Travel is also required a couple times/year to the office for company meetings.
